Listen to this storyI was trying to let it for $1 per foot and no one wanted it… then I put an ad. in the paper for warehouse apartments and we had queues of people. They all thought it was a great idea!

The Para Building was erected in 1903 to accommodate eleven shops. The building was converted to residential apartments in the 1990s and was known as "High Para".
